The film’s storyline
The film narrates the story of Gerda, who returns to Rome, the city where she once studied art in her youth. During her stay in the Eternal City with her husband, she unexpectedly reunites with Joannes, her former art instructor, played by renowned Swedish actor Rolf Lassgård (famous for the Oscar-nominated films “A Man Called Ove” and “After the Wedding”). This chance encounter rekindles past feelings and challenges Gerda and her husband’s relationship.
